Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs transactions made on the Vensaas Partner Portal operated by VENSAAS Consultancy Services.

1. Partner Onboarding & Registration

Vensaas operates a zero-investment Partner program. We do not charge any onboarding fee, setup fee, or training fee to individuals applying to become Independent Partners. Since no payment is collected from Partners for registration, there are no refunds or cancellations applicable to the Partner onboarding process.

2. End-Customer Purchases (SaaS Products)

If you are an end-customer purchasing a digital SaaS product (such as LocalPro, Rizzri, etc.) via a payment link generated by one of our Partners, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your subscription or service purchase within 7 days of the initial transaction.
  • Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the cancellation request by contacting us at partners@vensaas.com within the 7-day window, providing your transaction ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original source of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Setup fees for customized software deployments or white-glove onboarding services that have already been fully executed are strictly non-refundable.

3. Digital Delivery Policy

Upon successful payment for any SaaS product, login credentials and software access links will be delivered electronically to the customer's registered email address within 24 hours.
